A SNOW REMOVAL PERIOD begins when there has been an accumulation of two (2) inches of snow, or a plowable amount has been determined by the Public Works Director, and ends when the streets referred to have been plowed curb-to-curb.

During a snow removal period it is unlawful to park or leave standing: a vehicle or trailer on any Streets or Avenues between the hours of 

 12:01 AM and 12:01 PM on the dates of October 1 through April 15.
